Before we start
First, we will ask you to look at the photos of our jobs, and then we will encourage you to visit our past projects; to talk to people that we worked before you, to touch, to feel what we can do for you. After all, it is our history.
Next, we will come to your house for an hour or two to discuss and present options to improve quality of life inside your home. We will listen carefully to what you have to say and if you are ready to go to next step we will take you through the design stage and propose a scope of work. The whole process is interactive and based on your needs and expectations. Finally, if everything will go the right way, we will sign a restoration contract.
During Construction
Expect us to be there early and often to stay late. We will make a lot of loud noise and construction dust will be everywhere. If you are residing at home during construction we will make all efforts to make your stay during that time as comfortable as possible. You will not have an access to certain areas of your house during construction, but at some point we will leave and you will stay in your like new house.
We will not be on the jobsite every day, and if we are not there it does not mean that we gave up on you – we will be present the next day.
Communication is the key to success
We will provide you with frequent updates and all channels of communication will be open for you during construction. We will ask you often is you are happy with our performance. You will have our office and cellphone numbers to make sure that you can reach us all the time.
